2011 Pinot Noir Central Coast

Very true to type, this Pinot Noir is garnet in color, has a nose of perfume, plums, and straw, and is medium bodied with medium tannins.

The grapes were cold soaked for several days to enhance color extraction, then fermented for seven days. The wine was then aged on French Oak for nine months.
