2016 Pinot Noir Central Coast

Pinot Noir is often called the “heartbreak grape”. It can be sensitive to dramatic weather changes, fickle and unpredictable in the cellar. Yet, there’s a reason Pinot Noir is considered one of the world’s greatest wines - it’s a grape that demands consideration and thought, and often times is the most interesting wine in the room, with complex flavors that develop over time. Our Pinot Noir showcases classic aromas and flavors of cola, black cherries and vanilla, accented by savory notes of mushroom and forest floor. Moderate tannins and a smooth texture round out the palate, resulting in a pleasurable wine that can easily be paired with food or simply enjoyed on its own.
